That imply to define the company's policies, processes and routines regarding maintenance and to implement them throughout the Company.Quality management through continous improvements is to analyse customers' present situation and needs, to develop a plan for enhancing profit by improving the company's processes and routines to meet set objectives.My experience of change management is a good combination with continous improvements as it deals with the implementation of the developed routines. The implementation is a critical, but often overlooked, step in the development process, which needs to be planned and conducted thoroughly and in collaboration with management and employees.My work is grounded in several philosophies, methods and techniques such as TQM, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and WCM as well as analyzing methods in the fields of change management and communication.
