My main tasks are to develop new service concepts for Iggesund Paperboard together with our Sales, IT , Marketing organization and our valuable customers. Strong focus on digitalization (digital transformation) and digital service initiatives S2S setups (VMI, EDI). Foremost working on developing our digital strategy and finding new innovative solutions that will add value to our customers in addition to our physical products. Implementing the inventory area in our new ERP-system as well as updating and developing working processes within the company with the new system possibilities. Setting up routines/processes between central planning department (O2D) towards the rest of the organisation. Main focus on the Supply Chain function of the company, making sure we analyse and present demand forecast, production- and inventory status on the monthly S&OP meeting. My main area of responsibility is inventory planning (replenishment need) and controlling making sure we have a good turnover of the stocks. Co-ordinating and analysing the yearly physical inventory of our stock sites throughout Europe/US. Focus to improve stock routines at our mills and service stations along with stock reporting for financial purposes.
