Took on a senior appraisal project manager role upon the completion of the Duff & Phelps acquisition of American Appraisal Associates. Project management leader of a team of five engaged in the appraisal of city and school buildings, land improvements, and equipment across public sector departments spanning the east coast and Canada. Requested by managers from different Duff & Phelps offices with appraisal projects across the U.S. for assistance. Facilitated project planning, scope, and objective definition phases, working with clients to document and understand requirements and develop a project plan that consistently exceeded customer expectations. Performed Fixed Asset Inventory for all client to make sure all assets are tagged and labelled correctly. Ensured all clients receives regulatory-compliant appraisal and evaluations that are following corporate policy and standards, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, met standard for generally accepted accounting principles policies, and provided appraisal reports with new purchase lists, and retirement lists. Prepared and delivered new hire field appraisal training for both east and west coast employees. Exceeded appraisal plan schedule for the America’s Center project, completing machinery and equipment inventory appraisal early despite a 50% reduction in project staff. Completed multi-week machinery and equipment assessment for 42 schools in the Hartford Public School District, bringing the project back on schedule and budget after inclement weather stalled the project for three days resulting in a loss of six man-days.
