Client Interaction:- Translate for Spanish-speaking clients to ensure clear communication and understanding of nutritional plans and recommendations.- Connect with meal prep companies and chefs nationwide to find the perfect match for each athlete's dietary needs.4. Educational Material and Social Media:- Assist in designing educational materials and social media content using Canva, ensuring they are engaging and informative.- Develop and distribute the Athleats Nutrition newsletter, featuring product recommendations, recipes, and articles on sports nutrition.5. Administrative Support:- Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, ensuring smooth operation and coordination of tasks.- Manage scheduling, record-keeping, and other administrative duties as needed.

Nutrition Assistant for the NFL Draft Prep Program- Conduct bi-weekly assessments to track athlete progress, including body composition measurements and weigh-ins.- Manage athlete hydration needs by implementing protocols during practice sessions and conducting hydration testing.- Collaborate with the chef to develop and customize individual meal plans for athletes, ensuring they receive 10 meals per week.- Provide ongoing support to athletes, addressing nutrition needs and concerns, and serving as the primary nutrition contact on-site.- Manage a fueling station to provide athletes with nutritious snacks and beverages.- Conduct educational sessions on performance recovery strategies, including nutrition principles and practices.- Assist in grocery shopping for athletes, selecting items aligned with their meal plans.- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records related to athlete nutrition assessments and progress.
