Sourcing Specialist
-Work under the Risk Recruitment team assisting different recruiters and hiring managers with sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.-Involved in the Centralized Hiring Process and ensure a slate of resumes prior to submission to the managers.-Interact with various levels of candidates, recruiting coordinators, and hiring managers to schedule interviews.-Provide sourcing support for different level positions (entry-level, AVP, VP, SVP) across various areas of Risk Management.-Provide sourcing support for locations such as Tampa, Irving, NYC, Long Island, and Getzville.-Create databases to track active and passive candidates for each position. -Make reports of the daily sourcing and screening using Excel.-Serve as a key resource for candidates in providing data, status updates, and general information about the recruitment process.-Following up with the candidates throughout the process to maintain interest and ensure proper completion.-Maintain constant communication with the team.-Attend weekly team meetings.-Tools: Workday, Excel, Outlook, Linkedin
