Over the past decade-plus, I've honed my expertise in diverse corporate landscapes, from professional services giants to the fast-paced worlds of finance, FMCG, and IT.My journey has led me to a pivotal regional HR Manager role, overseeing operations across seven countries in South Central Europe. Now, at Crowdberry, a cutting-edge crowdinvesting platform that also manages few investment funds, I lead all HR endeavors while also providing advisory services to our investment portfolio partners.My skill set is encompassing: Recruitment, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Reward & Compensation. I've bolstered this with successful project implementations on a Central European scale, including pivotal projects such as Global Market Based Compensation, Workday HR system integration, M&A transitions, and major European restructuring efforts.Currently situated in both Slovakia and Norway.
