Human Resources Director
● Lead a global high performing team of human resources professionals ● Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals, culture, and legal requirements● Oversee the full employee onboarding life cycle, performance management, employee relations, training and development, benefits, payroll, workers compensation, and off boarding processes● Promote and enhance organizational culture, staff engagement, analyze HR metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement● Provide executive-level leadership and guidance to five Chief’s and CEO.● Develop internal communications strategy to ensure employees are informed and aligned with key business priorities● Develop and manage annual HR budgets and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses● A strategic partner to other functional leaders to ensure that their people strategy, organizational design, hiring plans aligns with business objectives● Implemented a new compensation plan for instructional and non-instructional employees● HRIS implementation to streamline an all-in-one system● Manage 401k empower and TCRS retirement contributions to comply with TN requirements
