As the Chief Product Officer at Develop-Players, I lead the design and development of serious games that enhance learning strategies for various audiences. I leverage my PhD in Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology and my skills in psychology, psychometry, and data science to create engaging and effective games that foster cognitive, emotional, and social skills.I have been working as a researcher and an associate professor at the University of Bologna since 2005, where I am Associate Professor in Psychometrics and develop tools and methods to improve the learning opportunities of the most vulnerable people. I founded Develop-Players in 2021 to pursue my passion for applying gamification and data-driven approaches to education and learning. My mission is to make learning fun, accessible, and impactful for everyone.
