Responsible for setting up and leading the in-house creative division to handle the expansion of the restaurant groups 9 different concepts and 55+ restaurants across China.My main focus was leading creative sessions for project kick-offs within the marketing department for seasonal in-store activities, external collaborations(Nike, Baobei Foundation, Shiseido) and online activities(WeChat). Developing brand identity for 4 new restaurants, visual rebranding of Wagas and Baker & Spice, developing a CRM app for WeChat and leading the editorial team and creating content to the groups seasonal newspaper “The Journal”.
