I am working on a project right now for Bank of America, on this project I take calls for people on unemployment. I help people when they are having issues with not receiving their money, if they suspect fraud has been going on, if they lost their card, if their card got stolen, if they need help with the online banking site, resetting their pin, and helping them do funds transfers to another account of theirs, helped people set up their online banking and explained how to use the card.

When I was working here I was in charge of overseeing all employees on my shift, I made positioning charts for the employees, I made daily prep charts, I counted drawers for opening, closing, and end of the day, I was in charge of keeping drive-thru times down, taking care of customer complaints and keeping the restaurant clean.
