• Execute KAM Spot quotes completely, accurately, and timely.• Support mini-RFQ based on defined pricing models, client bid requirements, and submit within the prescribed timeline.• Analysis the key requirements/lanes in spot quote and work with internal country pricing and procurement team/operation team to provide best proposal.• Externally check benchmark, target rate, gap with customer and improve win ratio.• Internally interact with country operation teams, pricing, and procurement team to understand their product offering and negotiate a competitive rate.• Review spot quotes across multiple services/products, identify potentials threats or influence factors on pricing strategy.• Regularly provide updated statistics and historical data input to support statistical analysis work.• To source and evaluate the suppliers and maintain vendor profile for market study and commercial sales leads.• Participate in market research and prepare regular rate analysis for business intelligence in sourcing and market price trends.• Market intelligence collection, product research, strategy research and analysis within the industry.• Other tasks assigned by manager.

• Help to manage current customer accounts.• Handle customers new bookings, inquiries and complaints for various accounts.• Handle booking with carrier.• Handle consolidation booking• Planning and arranging pick up of cargo from client.• Coordination and execution on trucking arrangements• Monitoring of shipments and preparing reports.• Handle E-TRACC and Trucking booking• Handle Customs clearance coordination with broker.• Direct communication with Customs Broker.• Handle lodgement of Export Declaration.• Accuracy check of the customs required data entry.• Ensure required documents are created and submitted to Customs Broker• Handle E-TRACC booking for the clients who is under PEZA for processing of Export declarations.• Check the accuracy and completeness of the documents from broker.• Managing daily report.• Handle application for export license for new exporters.
