Work with Academic Affairs to understand, monitor and convey all aspects of registration, sequencing, academic status, college policies and procedures for both on-ground and online students. Collaborate with faculty regarding student concerns and student progress. Provide assistance to key department operations, including data and statistics tracking, file and organize sensitive documentation, schedule meetings, strategic planning and program evaluation. Assist in training new hires in academic advising position. Currently piloting new software for advising department. Evaluate the usefulness of software, collaborating with software engineering team in order to brainstorm best practices and solutions to software deficiencies.
