Current- First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders- Played a key role in training and mentoring four new team members- High level of reporting using different SAP functions and Excel- Reporting on data post public holiday and providing insights on results to management- Project Management (i.e. implementation of updated Coles process for Delivery queries)- Development of business processes relevant to the role including the development of communication SharePoint for our ALM account that improved process across two teams of 8 people. (Continuous Improvements)- Liaise with & support Vendor Replenishment Planners on logistics for ED, ALM, and Coles- Partake in the public holiday delivery planning for our major stakeholders- Management of team’s tickets in SAP’s Cloud for Customer (C4C)- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure ticket SLAs are met (KPI)- Invoice/order investigation and resolution- Accurate processing of purchase orders- Upkeep and update the team’s documents and folders for easy navigation and reference
