My responsibilities included project managing, teaching and supervision of a student. The projects was trying to produce soluble Protein S constructs for structural analysis by X-ray crystallography. The methods used were cloning various constructs into eucaryotic cells, E. coli and mammalian cell expression, ELISA, SDS-PAGE and protein purification as well as protein crystallisation.
