• Managing subcontract agreements (lump sum, time and materials and cost plus contracts) up to the value of $20m (HVAC, earthworks, buildings) and assisting with managing subcontracts up to the value of $300m (electrical, civil).• Documented work progress through daily communications with PM, Procurement, Cost Control and Engineering divisions.• Assisted in negotiations and settlement of subcontractor claims resulting in savings of 30% of claimed amount (approx. $1m)• Achieving a well organized and clear trail of records by maintaining files/logs for each Subcontractor including contract, correspondence, change orders, amendments and payment schedule which in turn were key for company audit procedures. • Ensuring accurate site facilities and manpower was achieved by assisting PM with drafting Project Mobilization Plan (PMP).• Closeout of 100+ contracts/purchase orders through following standard closeout procedures.

• Preparing bill of quantities of civil works and building components to align with progress reporting and ensure accurate payment to subcontractor (contract rate per quantity installed). • Savings of approx. $500,000 by disputing subcontractor progress applications for duplicate works, captured through monitoring and tracking Subcontractor performance on a daily basis.• Ability to forecast and update schedule of civil work completion by maintaining accurate quantity completed logs of all civil and building works.• Achieving competitive pricing and decent coverage by sending timely RFP/RFQ invitations to Subcontractors which is in the best interests for Saipem Canada.• Reporting weekly man hours, equipment hours and progress certificates to Client.
