For five semesters I worked under Benjamin Travers, head campus web video producer. My responsibilities included filming and editing Coursera Lectures with the school's president, Michael Roth. I also filmed b-camera, and shot b-roll for campus wide events, such as reunion and commencement, concerts, and student-run productions.

Brooklyn, New York

I interned for New York- based producer Lucas Joaquin during the summer of 2014. I worked as his personal assistant on a Nike SB commercial as well as on a Trevor Jackson music video. I assisted in post production on his films "Love is Strange" and "The Heart Machine."

I interned in the art department of the studio film, "Outliving Emily." My responsibilities included set design, buys and returns, street lock-ups, and managed department finances. Towards the end of the shoot, I was given the opportunity to design my own room on set (as shown below).

During the summer of 2013 I interned for Philadelphia-based editor Ivan Drufovka. I assisted in editing the PBS documentary, "Adelante." I first translated the film from Spanish to English and proceeded to use Adobe Premiere to transcribe subtitles.

New York, New York

I interned for New York-based producer Patrick Gibbons on the independent film, "Hole in the Wall," shot in the summer of 2012 in Spanish Harlem. As Mr. Gibbons' personal assistant, my duties included street lock-ups, managing production finances, logging receipts, and bringing scripts from the production office to set. Because the crew was so small, I was assisted in casting extras and on several small projects in the art department.

I interned for Jim Graham at his privately-owned studio, Power Plant Productions in Philadelphia. I was responsible for light and equipment set up, making sure that the clients were comfortable and aware of what we would be shooting. I used Adobe Photoshop CS6 to edit first-draft prints. I also assisted in curating and setting up an exhibition in the studio's gallery space by a local Philadelphia artist.

I interned at the GPFO for my senior-year internship at Friends Select. While there, I used Reel Scout to assist in finding and booking locations for local films. I further read and wrote coverage for four full-length scripts.
