Personas is a SaaS startup in SF developing tools to help B2B marketing and sales teams scale their outbound programs while increasing performance of personalization. Their past outbound platforms have been used by companies like Gusto, Freshdesk, and Zenput.As part of their Customer Advisory Board, I gave their product and leadership teams direction regarding industry trends and behaviors as well as provided iterative feedback on the app they are developing in the Summer of 2020. Additionally, I tested their beta to help them improve UX/UI functionality during sprint reviews.

As Sapling's (aqu. by Kallidus) first and only PMM at the time, I supported the end-to-end GTM engine for all new features and releases. I was responsible for educating internal teams (via feature playbooks, battlecards, overview videos) and the market (customer newsletters, one pagers, demo videos, landing pages, webinars) on all key product updates.

Shifting from sales to CS, I took on a more strategic role to help craft a memorable experience for customers joining Sapling. Key projects included revamping our entire knowledge base, creating proactive customer campaigns, and owning all educational webinar content.

Sapling (aqu. by Kallidus) automates people workflows – think onboarding to offboarding and everything in between – to support global, distributed, and rapidly scaling companies. Joining as employee #7, I was the first hire on the Sales Development team. I supported the team to scale from 0 --> 6 reps, building a high velocity inside sales model that generated predictable revenue MoM and helped drive company growth from $200k ARR to $2M ARR.

HoneyBook is a business management software for creative entrepreneurs. • Prospected, cold called, and wrote email marketing campaigns to bring on 40 new wedding venue clients/month (KPI: 30)• Onboarded 450+ new clients onto the Wedding Spot platform, providing a smooth transitions that increased retention by 10% • Ran A/B tests to foster community participation and strategized new avenues for potential growth

From 2013-2016, I solo backpacked through 20 countries - working in 6 month increments along the way. I averaged 133% quota attainment by consistently generating 20 lighting leads/day (KPI: 15) via face to face sales in shopping centers. The team I lead has between 2-5 people at any given time, averaging 102% quota attainment as a team.• Receptionist @ The MadHouse Prague | Prague, Czech RepublicThe MadHouse is one of the top rated hostels in the world. I was responsible for all reception duties, guest relations, new hires, financial spreadsheets, and inventory orders.
