Serve as the intermediary between our client facilities and internal staff to ensure accurate submittal of travel nurse documentation. Review and meticulously edit a wide variety of travel nurse documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with both internal and client related requirements; coordinate with other teams in obtaining missing documentation needed for travel nurse compliance; receive, audit, and post travel nurse certifications/documents to meet client deadlines. Learn and maintain knowledge surrounding changing client facility requirements and state health guidelines; review each candidate file to ensure updates, corrections, errors, and other follow-ups are promptly addressed.• Qualifying a candidate (identifying the requirements needed for each assignment anddetermining if the candidate’s documents are acceptable)• Submitting the compliance file to the facility by their document deadline• Obtaining clearance from the facility (or making the determination if the candidate iscleared if the facility leaves the clearance up to Aya)

• As a gymnastics coach, my responsibility is to train and coach athletes of all ages and skill levels inthe sport of gymnastics.
