A little bit of People Experience, a little bit of Recruiting, and a whole lot of fun! The last year has been a fun mix of experiences aimed at strengthening our culture and continuing to grow our teams.

- Head of recruiting for mid-stage health and wellness startup - Co-led the people team alongside the Director of People and directly managed our small but mighty recruiting team- Introduced structured hiring methods to promote diversity recruitment- Managed full cycle recruitment for business and technical requisitions - Improved the candidate experience NPS score by 31%- Created a series of functional guides to serve as a resource for interviewers that helped bring awareness and promote recruiting best practices- Instituted Greenhouse, which was already implemented but not fully utilized. Helped clean the data and introduced a new way of using it to support a data-first approach

- Head of recruiting for small pre-seed startup - Managed full cycle recruitment for primarily technical roles in Software and Hardware Engineering, business leadership and support roles- Increased job posting conversion rate by enhancing employer brand in partnership with local universities- Head HR with the support and guidance of parent company - Instituted Performance Review program

As one of Jet's early recruiters, I was fortunate to have been able to recruit for both Tech and Business departments, including but not limited to Data Science, Search, Product Management, Product Design, Data Engineering, Retail, Marketing, Operations, Software Engineers among others. My focus was to build strong partnerships with my hiring leaders and candidates in order to accurately match talent to Jet's overall needs.

- Scheduled high-volume recruiting for the entire business (non-tech roles)- Supported 5+ recruiters and scheduled over 200 interviews, weekly- In parallel, recruited for our Salt Lake City office, specifically for Workforce Management, Fraud and Training- Served as the Greenhouse trainer for all new hires on the Recruiting team- Created SLAs and SOPs to help bring structure at an early-stage startup

As a recruiting assistant I supported my team with full cycle recruiting processes for our offices in Miami, New York, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Atlanta in the U.S as well as our international offices in London, Madrid, Milan and Paris in Europe. We recruited investment professionals to join our private equity firm and its internal groups in Real Estate, Credit and Lending groups and Growth teams. My specific responsibilities were:• Project Management: facilitated strategies around our hiring processes, led by the Recruiting Manager• Recruitment: As the only coordinator in NY and 1 of 2 coordinators in all of North America, assisted the recruiting team by managing the candidate communication and driving the process forward.• Relationship Building: Met with hiring managers and interviewers as needed to help drive decisions on hires• Data Analytics: managed our ATS, Encore, to help understand the quality of our recruiting efforts• Coordination: Arranged interviews for all of our onsite hires • Campus Recruiting: Organized campus events at top tier schools for our New Grad/ Associate level hires and MBA students returning as experienced hires*Disclosure: I started as a receptionist and quickly got promoted to an administrative assistant which is where I was introduced to recruiting. Never turned back since! :)
