As a Corporate Strategy & Intelligence trainee at Sonae Sierra, I will: - Work closely on the development of a new Intelligence function within Sierra organization, focusing on the definition of the parameters of the new function, including the tasks to be performed, the type of output and format to share insights, as well as the KPIs to measure its success. - Conduct a market research to understand how modern businesses make use of their Intelligence function. - Gather information through field observation and analysis of a real case study to understand the need for creating this function within Sierra and how it can contribute to the current strategy and overall success.- Communicate with stakeholders throughout the process, seeking input and feedback, and leverage their expertise to inform on the development of the Intelligence function.
