1. To educate people to gain knowledge, be creative and tough in problem-solving, improve themselves independently with self-esteem, empower their potentials as well as their society, to share better living-- always become one of my goals to accomplish, as an educator and English language teacher.2. Lead/manage work teams even for emergencies has become one of my qualifications, as I am accustomed to analyzing data/information to come to effective problem-solving-based plan/design/decision making. It also works in my roles in performing arts show productions.3. My writing and public speaking competencies work effectively in persuading others or negotiating with people/stakeholders. These skills also make people stay for our service as well as keep in touch for future cooperation.4. In accomplishing my responsibilities, integrity, sincerity, and consistency in dealing with program implementation/conducting projects have led me to meet the goals successfully.5. As a professional certified coach, I help people to find their potential and grow in their either personal life or professional fields.6. My interest in the IT world has led me to create instructional media using applications, website-based, and AI apps.7. I am also a volunteer as well as a professional for a few education programs by joining VEA (Virtual Education Academy), MGMP Bahasa Inggris Kota Malang, Kompak Ayu, Coaching Indoensia.
