My interest in psychology began during my teenage years, sparked by a desire to support others in their healing journey. This passion led me to pursue a degree in Counseling Psychology at Johnson & Wales University. Through an internship at a non-profit organization, where I worked with children and parents overcoming trauma, I discovered my affinity for social work. Subsequently, I enrolled in the Social Work graduate program at the University of Utah. Currently, I work in private practice, providing counseling for adolescents, young adult and adults dealing with various challenges such as life transitions, disordered eating, body dysmorphia, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.
