As a graphic designer and an insurance agent, I combine my creative and customer service skills to provide quality solutions for my clients. I have been working as an insurance agent at American Family Insurance since April 2023, helping customers with their property and casualty insurance needs. I have also been running my own graphic design business, AP Professional Cleaning, since May 2018, designing and printing business cards, flyers, door hangers, and websites for various clients.I have a high school diploma from Ashley High School and a certificate from Cape Fear Community College as a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist in Excel 2007. I also have a ServSafe Manager certification and a license from the NC Department of Insurance to sell health, property, and casualty insurance. I am passionate about learning new skills and expanding my knowledge in different fields. My goal is to grow my business and serve more customers in the Triangle area.
