As a Coach, I work to help people develop their potential for learning new ways of relating to both themselves and the world around them, as well as to increasing their self-awareness and self-knowledge.As a Trainer, I design and teach training programs that include coaching skills, teamwork, effective team management and emotional intelligence in organizations.As a Facilitator for Organization Processes, I design methodologies and I accompany groups in the creation of approaches that favor and promote reflection, adaptation to change and collective development.I work with Vinci Energies, Oxfam Intermón, Universidad Complutense, Videocation, Segib, CEAR, UNICEF and Cocemfe among others.Certified as Ontological Master Coach accredited by FICOP, the International Federation of Professional Ontological Coaching. Accreditation certifies at least 850 hours of training and 2,100 hours of experience. In my case, as of January 2024 I have 2,500 hours of coaching.

I am involved as a personal coach and facilitator of the Integrative Body Process in the Hiking, Adventures and Nature Program in the RNE “Without shortcuts” program, managed and led by Marcelino Blanes and Angeles Bandrés. My contribution is focused on communicating how important contact with nature is for our health and well-being, offering practical ideas which anyone can incorporate into their everyday lives.
