While she's made a career shift away from higher education, learning and development remains the heart of her work and the passion that motivates her. As the Professional Development Director at MIBOR REALTOR Association, she strives to provide high-quality professional development opportunities to members, in collaboration with other Association staff. This includes the Real Estate Academy of Leadership (REAL), a nine-month program designed to give participants the information and skills they need to be leaders in both MIBOR and the community.
