Work with hiring managers to fill open positions within Covenant. Specializing in Nursing Assistants, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Business Development, Respiratory Therapy, and Agency staff. Collaborate with Covenant Committees to continue & improve organizational performance. Below are just a few of the tasks that I complete in this role: • Recruit for (50+) positions by screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, drafting offer letters, onboarding new hires, etc• Conduct the recruitment lifecycle. • Run fingerprinting and background checks. • Extend offers over the phone and via email• Use different applicant tracking systems such as Infor and Indeed, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms.• Help create a smooth hiring process flow. • Help conduct orientation with every new employee welcoming them to Covenant HealthCare.• Work with the Compensation team and HRIS to get new hires on board.• Discussed wages and other performance issues.• Work with Consultants on employee relations issues such as corrective actions and policies/ procedures.• Schedule internal monthly training for all new hires and current employee transfers.• Facilitate HR training for Covenant leaders.• Assist in maintaining employee records. • Generate turnover reports and analytics/ statistics.• Develop and maintain the Nurse Intern program.
