I currently work as an HR professional for Country Supplier (Coastal Farm and CAL Ranch Stores).I graduated with Honors from Portland State University majoring in Management/Leadership and Human Resources. Prior to PSU, I received my associate's degree in business administration from Linn-Benton Community College.I enjoy learning new things and attempting to use those skills in multiple different areas of my life.Before college, I was involved in 4-H for 10 years. In 4-H, I was given many opportunities to participate in community service projects. I have managed my cattle and goat barn since I was 8 years old. I have also participated in sport teams, such as basketball and softball, throughout my lower education career. In addition, I have had the opportunity to work as President to several organizations. I have a lot of experience with working with people who experience disabilities. In addition, I have led many ice breakers and team builders at the state and regional level. Along with that, I have presented to state organizations discussing new and innovative ways to help their company/organizations.In the future, I hope to gain a broader understanding of how I can help organizations intersect their core values with their business success.
