That can range from strategies like setting up the right corporate structures, creating family trusts and holding companies, to wills, estate plans and just asking the right questions to make sure that you, the owner, are getting full value for/from your business. I can even work with your heirs and representative after your death, to ensure that the wealth you have left to them is protected through post-mortem planning strategies. For those who have not yet done so, I can also help you put in place a comprehensive estate plan to allow you to ensure that what you have worked so hard for will go to those you care for most, whether that is family, friends or charitable objectives.
