Insight Systems Corporation is a contractor for USAID. The KDAD Team, Knowledge-Driven Agricultural Development, works under the Bureau for Food Security and the Feed the Future program. The communications team manages several websites, events, newsletters, and a wide variety of other collateral material. I developed a strategy for the communications team so that we can best serve our clients and members. This included the creation of several style and standards guides to streamline efforts. In addition, I educated staff on new technologies and best practices within communications.

Georgetown’s Executive Master of Professional Studies (EMPS) in Global Strategic Communications (GSC) is designed for current and emerging communications leaders across a wide range of industries seeking to expand and enhance their leadership and business competencies without interrupting their careers. Students will learn through online courses and five week-long residencies in various cities around the globe over the course of one year. I oversaw the student experience in the program, which included planning five week-long residencies and co-designing curriculum on communications leadership, global management and strategy, business success, and corporate social responsibility. In addition, I played a central role in the marketing of the program, execution of all communications platforms and building strategic relations with key stakeholders within the university and community.

PCDNetwork democratizes access to information to empower agents of change to have the inspiration, tools, resources and support to scale up their work and impact in diverse sectors ranging from development, peacebuilding, social entrepreneurship and related fields. PCDNetwork has over 36,000 members from nearly every country in the world.I am assisted PCDNetwork with an overall communications relaunch that centered around a new website and ways for members to interact with each other and the organization.
