We work with hundreds of merchants like Magic Spoon, ILIA Beauty, Caraway, and Bokksu to drive repeat sales, increase customer satisfaction, educate customers, analyze shipment carriers and lower support tickets.From June 2021-December 2022 I worked as a Marketing Specialist to focus on brand, content, product, and partner marketing while working on content creation, website design, social media management, as well as event planning, execution, and enablement.Beginning in December 2022 to March 2023, I worked as our Marketing Manager where my responsibilities expanded to cover more digital marketing activities such as a full website rebrand, refining our email marketing strategy, and expanding our partner marketing campaigns.In March 2023, I was promoted to Head of Marketing and joined our executive team. I am fully responsible for managing our team and executing on our initiatives to drive inbound leads, increase brand awareness, and communicate marketing updates.

I started hosting and producing Retention Chronicles in August 2021 to dive into the world of ecommerce customer retention. Our podcast has always been centered around sparking great conversation with tactical strategy that founders can apply directly to their DTC brand.With my ecommerce brand founder and tech partner guests, we discuss marketing, operations, and the customer experience for real strategy around generating revenue, optimizing processes, and retaining customers. At Indiana Auto Care, I collaborate with the executive team to help manage email marketing, digital marketing, event marketing, graphic design, and customer reviews. Since joining the team, I've designed 25 graphics in Photoshop for in-store poster design, website design in WordPress, and email marketing in Cinch. I have also written copy for emails, website landing pages, and responded to customer reviews to 4x increase store ratings and number of customer testimonials.In January 2024, I managed our event budget to plan and execute our first-ever employee recognition celebration for all employees of 17 Jiffy Lube Stores.

I have launched Learn 2 Listen- a mental health and wellbeing platform in an effort to unify and empower others through empathy. The mission of this platform is to build a community of support and invite anyone to share their story. We not only welcome anyone into the community but we also encourage everyone to listen, learn, and understand each other better.I have been a member of various teams and organizations that I am extremely proud and passionate about, however, this one project I am especially proud of. With my educational past and love of neuroscience as well as engagement in various leadership programs, I have discerned my passion for increasing human understanding and compassion as well as advocating for mental health and wellness. I have turned my passion into an opportunity for growth and enrichment by creating a website, blog, and podcast in hopes of building a community to support others and to fight against the stigmatization of mental health. This platform welcomes anyone to share their story and invites everyone to listen. I am a true believer that in order to understand each other we must listen to learn and learn to listen. To foster genuine relationships we must effectively communicate so we can understand. I apply this outlook to every aspect of my life as I have learned to lead through genuine vulnerability and to understand how to help others through my own self-awareness.

An organization focused on developing the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs through personal and professional development. I have personally contributed to this organization in many facets but I am proudest of my dedication to both the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Civic Engagement teams. For my first year in the Fellowship I have served as the DEI & Civic Engagement Liaison. During my time serving in this position I have coordinated between teams ensuring that all the events and initiatives we planned aligned with our commitment to DEI. During my second year in the Fellowship from January 2022-November 2022, I served as Programming and Events Coordinator where I will be responsible for leading, organizing, planning, and executing 12 events for 150 young professionals. From November 2022-April 2023 I served as the Director of DEI, where I led my team of 6 coordinators and 12 all team members to accomplish their goals for the Fellowship. I managed our departmental budget as well as completed The Advisa Leadership Training Program.In both of my years of The Orr Fellowship I contributed to sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating recruitment class sizes of 1000 candidates per year.

I create supplemental class notes for lectures and supply the notes to university students with disabilities who benefit from having an additional resource for assignments and exams.

I am responsible for planning events for Norte Dame Alumni by physically gathering decorations, packaging gift baskets for donors, and filing important documents. I act as a host during dinner events and take pride in answering questions the Alumni have. I use Avery Design software to design event details, such as posters, invitations, labels, and informational pamphlets.

I am responsible for maintaining the safety of the children who attend the camp and to properly instruct them in order to increase their technical skills in the sport of rowing. I work with coworkers to decide what the best plan of action each day is and discuss the results after every camp day in order to decide how to better the experience at the camp.

I organized resources for doctors and took inventory of the supplies, an important requirement of State mandated audits. I updated the health history of patients and documented the history in their patient folders. I attended to questions patients had in person and made sure they were comfortable in their hospital bed.

I was a beach lifeguard for Sandy Hook Gateway National Park. The job entailed a week of extensive training where multiple practice saves were performed. We worked 40 hours a week and also performed morning workouts to stay fit for the job. I performed multiple saves on the job. I also competed in the beach competitions to represent Sandy Hook Gateway National Park.
