•Serve as first point of contact for ATS (Paycom) inquiries and staffing inquiries •Manage hourly talent acquisition program through Paycom and Indeed by posting requisitions and create new recruitment efforts to enhance candidate pool•Source candidates to ensure best match for restaurant roles, and schedule interviews for hiring managers •Phone screen candidate to ensure best culture fit for catering roles, and offer recommendations to hiring manager•Partner with HCC and LoneStar every year to create a student pipeline and promote company values•Execute onboarding process for all hourly new hires within hour of receipt and minimal errors to avoid negative effects to payroll system. •Maintain electronic employee files to remain in compliance •Complete VOE’s as needed, and complete within 24 hours of receipt

•Serve as first point of contact for HR inquires to approximately 600 employees across 30 locations within Texas•Manage the leave of absence programs while offering recommendations to management to ensure safe and speedy return to work (FMLA, COVID, ETC)•Implement survey platform (McLean & Survey Monkey) for new hire, exit, and employee engagement surveys to reduce turnover and improve overall HR strategic partnering •Lead talent acquisition program through Arcoro/BirdDog by posting open position on various platforms while assisting with new recruitment efforts to enhance quality of candidates •Source applications to ensure best match for the role and schedule interviews for hiring managers•Run weekly and monthly reports for the business units to assist with business objectives •Conduct weekly new hire orientation and onboard new employees to ensure thorough understanding of the benefits we offer and our mission and vision •Lead HRIS (Success Factors) inputting of new hires with minimal errors to reduce any negative downstream effects •Manage employee communications program to include monthly newsletter, social media posts to enhance our employer brand•Partner with University of Houston every year to create a candidate pipeline as well as assist with any student efforts that need support •Maintain electronic and hard copy employee files and leave of absence files to remain in compliance •Audit I9 and termination files monthly
