I am an Occupational Therapist working at Toronto Rehab on their Long Term, Low Duration and Geriatric Dialysis Rehabilitation Unit. My current clinical experiences include providing general medicine occupational therapy services at a variety of in-patient rehabilitation centres, as well as on a transitional care unit. Throughout these experiences I have been exposed to working with those diagnosed with multiple complex medical conditions; stroke, musculoskeletal injuries, dementia, and functional decline. I am passionate about working with adult and older-adult populations experiencing complex medical conditions. I also value working collaboratively with an inter-professional team to help facilitate client-centred care throughout treatment, intervention, and discharge planning.
