As a member of the Banza Marketing Team I directed customer experience on Instagram and Facebook. My responsibilities include building brand strategy and developing brand voice through extensive contact with consumers. I identified and targeted social media influencers who exemplify Banza characteristics. Effective communication is essential while working remotely for a startup and I am dedicated to both communication and data recording for the team.

Customer experience and customer joy is my first priority. As a liaison between the company, shipping departments, e-commerce department, marketing and the customer I provide balance and support. I quickly problem solve and anticipate future issues to provide incredible experiences to consumers. Tight teamwork and communication is essential and this position allows me to utilize those skills.

JTech Communications is a web development and digital marketing firm that focuses on the needs of its customers. With custom built websites, and marketing tactics specific to each business, JTech cultivates long term relationships with clients. Unique, small business with 20 year roots in Bozeman, JTech is a place in which I am developing further skills in Google Analytics, keyword research, link building, tracking client metrics and effective communication skills.

As both a bridal consultant and marketer at Eskay Bridal, I am passionate about creating a unique and valuable experience for customers. I seek to understand the needs and desires of brides and provide them with guidance through gown search process. I aim to truly empathize with each individual experience and utilize this information to help the customer and the business. Instilling brand awareness through operation of social media sites including Instagram, Facebook, and TheKnot is a focus of my work. I have developed quality communication skills with consumers, aide in ordering, and intricately understand inventory and its application.

For two summers I was able to help create a comprehensive, relaxing, outdoor experience for guests of the Elkhorn Ranch. As a member of a small crew, I focused on emphasizing the relationships with both guests and my team. Because of my attention to detail and time management skills, I was able to better organize materials, cultivate client relationships, and highlight their family oriented/outdoor brand strategy.

As a conference assistant for two summers at CMU I provided experience in leadership and conference organization and planning. Additionally, I provided students and potential students with a unique and authentic experience, campus tours and assisted in the organization process of residents. Responsible for the safety and well-being of residents in North Avenue Apartments, as well as campus wide for on-call days.
