Abudawood is the regional Trade Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain partner for Proctor & Gamble (P&G) operations across the Southeast Asia & Middle East regions.Reporting to the national Head of Supply Chain and working closely with regional business partners at P&G, analyzed/developed supply chain metrics and processes related to warehousing, fleet management, quality assurance, supply operations and proposed improvements.Progressed from Management Trainee to Manager within a four year period jumping a job group every year and was recognized as a Star Performer in the region in 2015.Led various projects in:- fleet optimization initiative giving regional cost savings by 0.34% of sales (~US$0.7MN annually)- operational efficiency project to reduce time in market by 3hours/day/vehicle- push to market strategy for remnants depletion- warehouse enhancement using lean warehousing techniques to increase inventory holding capacity by 52%- business continuity process for function- standardization and negotiations for third-party warehouse contractsDeveloped and deployed:- various supply chain metrics (e.g. fleet & fuel tracking, van load adjustments, execution, direct bank deposit, out of stock, remnants, days of cover) across all 45 locations for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting; later automated these reports through support of Business Intelligence department; - all warehouse operations standard operating procedures comprising of loading/unloading, stock picking, segregation and other operations- training manuals for SAP Material Management module and succession plan for both business process and call centre experts across organization- HSE Manual and Operational Audit processes for bi-annual auditsAdditionally, maintained strategic and operational relationship with P&G Supply Chain teams, worked closely with supply chain team to set yearly team SMARTs, managed job descriptions for function amongst other administrative duties.

Worked as a System Engineer at the Siemens SAP Learning Center and completed a learning environment network reconfiguration and upgrade project.
