While obtaining my MBA, I became fascinated with the role technology, systems and innovation can play in solving our world’s biggest problems. My background and experience have given me a deep understanding of what’s required to ensure client’s success. Some of those skills include: Relationship Building: I quickly build rapport with clients during some of their most difficult times. I build long standing relationships with agencies in the community. I also maintain solid relationships with other providers within the organization. Strategic planning: I maintain organized spreadsheets of client contact and responsibilities to meet short- and long-term goals. I am proactive by anticipating barriers and plan accordingly to overcome them. I keep clients engaged through the pain points and communicate the process with stakeholders to inform them of any impact. Project and Time Management: I have maintained a minimum caseload of 30 clients who all have different and specific needs. I balance my time with each individual, while maintaining accurate documentation, and meeting deadlines. Educator: I teach clients how to navigate through systems in the health care, social, and judicial system. I support them in learning what works best for them in their journey and enable them to reach independence. I also train other staff members on my team. I teach hospital wide MOAB.
