My journey led me to retrain as a Systemic Practitioner in Psychotherapy and Integrative Counsellor, where I worked closely with pupils to support their mental health and well-being.At Ysgol Calon Cymru, I established a Male Mental Health Ambassador Programme, fostering resilience and promoting mental health awareness among students.
