Slalom is a global consulting firm with presence in 40+ markets focused on strategy, technology, and business transformation. In 2021 I joined the Delivery Leadership team with responsibility for a mix of project management, product management, and leading communications on behalf of technical teams that include both onshore and offshore members. Engagement Highlights: Large Automaker - I was Project Manager for the implementation of a public-facing e-commerce platform for auto parts sales to replace a legacy site and oversee integrations with 400+ dealer websites. The project required coordination with national vendors, offshore development leads, architects, change management leads, and internal stakeholders, with 100+ total team members. I was also heavily involved with product owners and roadmaps. Our success led to an extension where I oversaw the dealer onboarding program and a 10-member team. Online Dating Site/Apps - On this project I served as Project Manager for the implementation of a custom Salesforce solution as an international portal for use by internal legal teams and law enforcement agencies, designed to support 40K+ users.
