I am a Chartered Civil Engineer with just over 20 years’ experience and a Master’s Degree in Hydraulic Engineering and River Basin Development from UNESCO-IHE Delft.I started my career in hydraulics as a Hydraulic Engineer for the Electricity Company of Costa Rica and continued developing my skills in Edenvale Young Associates Ltd in Bristol.I am highly proficient in hydraulic modelling and have successfully executed and managed a large variety of technical projects for developers, architects, the Environment Agency, National Resources Wales and local authorities in the UK. Furthermore, I led the ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System for Edenvale Young Associates and have presented on a wide range of topics at several CIWEM Conferences, International Conferences and ISIS and TUFLOW User Groups.
