- Analyze historical, forecasted and budgeted Financial Stataments (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) of each Company (36) of Grupo Bimbo.- Validate financial statements to define next steps on: Working Capital, Capex, or Funding- Coordinate all financial budget deliveries of every Company of Grupo Bimbo (36) (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)- Implement two different ways of cash flow monthly forecasts and budgeting delivery on all Companies at the Group.

- Coordinate special projects with distribution, editorial, sales, legal, influencer marketing and production areas to set monetary proposals and follow up on strategic alliances of the Group.- Weekly reports of all special projects: books, posts on social media, web pages, strategic alliances, brochures in Grupo Expansión maganzines, and other special projects.

- Clean inventory of every customer, either retail and departamental- Improve communication with stucked clientes- Proposals on new products to redeem receivables on late payments- Clean all remaining inventory of Imaldi with a special project called ‘Botadero’ on Walmart

Communication between Sales, Logistics and customers to delivery all products in less routes and getting fees back due to good sell-in margins
