Maria har en ledande roll som cirkulär tjänstedesigner i det två-åriga Vinnova-finansierade forskningsprojektet "Produktpass som möjliggörare för cirkulära möbelflöden". Projektet genomförs tillsammans med RISE, Chalmers Industriteknik och aktörer från den svenska möbelbranschen.

Konsultuppdrag: Sida vill etablera ett metodlabb för att öka innovationshöjden i det svenska biståndet och stärka kapaciteten hos partnerländerna att uppnå målen för Agenda 2030. Som deltagande i arbetsgruppen bidrar Maria med att strategiskt driva förändringen, facilitera enskilda initiativ samt att coacha Sidas medarbetare i verktyg och metoder inom design thinking.

Antrop är partner in LOOP Ventures, ett nordiskt nätverk där företag gemensamt skapar cirkulära lösningar. Syftet är att tillvarata outnyttjade resurser och bidra till att sätta Norden på kartan som ledande i den cirkulära transformationen. Uppdraget finansieras av Nordiska innovationsrådet och min roll är att bidra som facilitator och med expertis inom design och innovationsprocesser.

Konsultuppdrag: DKi är en samverkan mellan Sprit- & Vinleverantörsföreningen, Sveriges Bryggerier och Systembolaget. Maria bidrar som hållbarhetsstrateg och facilitator i arbetet med att sätta mål för att minska dryckesbranschens klimatpåverkan, och integrera hållbarhet i medlemmarnas affärsstrategier. En del av uppdraget är att facilitera en heldag med inspiration, samskapande och förankring för VD:ar och beslutsfattare i dryckesbranschen.

Konsultuppdrag: Att facilitera ett Policylab-samarbete mellan Naturvårdsverket, Vinnova och Håll Sverige Rent i syfte att skapa beteendeförändring runt nedskräpning av engångsförpackningar från godis, glass och snacks. Ett omfattande insiktsarbete resulterade i rekommendationer på nya styrmedel och ekonomiska incitament som sedan testades av intressenter och producenter.

Itch is a digital innovations lab and studio in Stockholm. We work closely with clients, innovating business models, products, services and communication. In 2018 itch merged with Transformator Design, Daytona and parts of Acando, and created a Business Design Studio. A selection of my projects at itch includes: - field research in Nairobi- VR-catalogue development for a house contractor- a conversational interface (chat bot) service to help users understand their pension- digital concept development to increase the customer experience in-store- facilitating a co-innovation workshop- planning, facilitation and analysis of a workshop series to identify needs and motivations among the employees in the new Business Design Studio.

I was project manager of a project for template based news production, to streamline the process from reporter to printed newspaper. My responsibilities included technical facilitation, layout, employee/user experience, knowledge sharing and quality assurance. As at part of the newspaper/online desk I also quality assured and finalised text, layout, news graphics and photography, for the paper and tablet/mobile edition. I also designed the front page of the newspaper.

As a consultant and digital product designer I was one of the key persons for the development of the tablet edition for Dagens Næringsliv. I was involved in a very early stage until launch. My work included content analysis, interaction design, user experience, prototyping, employee training, workflow and production. Awarded bronze by Society for News Design Scandinavia (SNDS), 2012.

As a Business journalist for the newspaper I produced close to 300 articles during 1,5 years in 2009-2011. Including cover stories, financial news, lifestyle stories and in-depth feature articles for the weekend magazines. Main focus was on personal finance, active lifestyle and the restaurant industry. I wrote primarily for the newspaper, but also for the weekend feature magazines DN Lørdag and D2.
