I am a Strategic Business Manager at Lincolnshire Community Healthcare Services Trust. Since 2018, I have been the Director of ResPeo, driving our research and evaluation, facilitation and training service lines. I am a Visiting Research Fellow at the Community and Health Research Unit at the University of Lincoln and Visiting Professor in Organisational Psychology at the City Institute in Canada. I co-develop the mental health outcome measure PSYCHLOPS.org.uk, used globally, including by the WHO. I have had an almost 20 year career in the health and social care, education and research sectors, holding senior leadership positions. I am a longstanding School Governor and a Chartered Psychologist. I have written academic and popular work in the field of organisation study, with a focus on health organising and employee wellbeing.
