Working with the HR Manager, I deal with the following matters :Payroll management:• Prepare and process the monthly payroll for over 100 employees by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) to SD WorxDay-to-day life of employees:• Follow the personnel activities such as absences, holidays, parental leaves, …• Onboarding - Offboarding• Update of the job descriptions• Prepare work agreement, addendums (e.g. part-time)• Prepare welcome map (work regulations, policies, etc.), conduct initial orientation to the newly hired employees and explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to them• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Extra-legal advantages:• Management of the corporate car fleet together with our external Fleet Manager• Manage the group insurances, medical insurance, eco-cheques, … Other:• Organise internal events • Approve expense notes• Responsible for professional insurance and others (fire, IT, …)• Help with the creation/update of internal HR policies
