Music has been a passion of mine from a very young age which is why I decided to focus my learning and education within the music industries. During my four years at university I learned new skills and knowledge in performance, events, music business, finance in music and popular culture. I would love to be able to apply the knowledge learned at university to my career. I completed my fourth year at university during the Coronavirus pandemic and so to graduate with a First Class BA (Hons) degree is something which I am incredibly proud of.In my current job role as Assistant Manager I have had the opportunity to lead and manage a team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction through team work, training and a positive mental attitude.At my time at Buzzworks, I have also became the Live Music Booker for T-Bar, booking in our live music, help planning events for the venue, liaising with clients and ensuring budgets, targets and calendars are met and managed efficiently.Outside of work, I do freelance music performance around Ayr and Glasgow under the name Maria Alexandra, and have a strong passion for all creative work.I enjoy travelling, socialising, listening to music, creating playlists and new experiences.Skills:- Leadership / Management- Customer Service- Sales- Music- Content Creation- Event Planning / Organisation
