In my more than 15 years as a manager overseeing a dedicated Tribe, business, and developer team spanning Denmark, Ukraine, and Romania, I have accumulated extensive expertise across various domains including agile IT development, SCRUM, sourcing, people management, project and program management, stakeholder management, and organizational development.With over 16 years of immersion in the dynamic digital infrastructure of the financial sector, I have occupied pivotal roles such as a certified Product Owner at e-nettet and Manager and Head of a Product Tribe/Team. In these capacities, I held the responsibility for one of our key products within Property Data and Real Estate. My collaborative ventures with numerous public agencies have been instrumental in crafting effective IT solutions tailored to the specific requirements of the financial sector. I excel in bridging the gap between the development team and customers in IT development projects.Since June 2021, I have further refined my skills and knowledge at ID Security Solutions, specifically focusing on MitID/NemID, assuming the dual role of Product Manager/Product Owner for critical IT solutions for the Public sector provided to all citizens in Denmark. Here, my primary focus has centered on the official end-user segment of MitID, namely MitID.dk, Self Services, and ensuring alignment across flows in the MitID APP, with a keen emphasis on user-centricity and seamless integration across our product suite for enhanced end-user experience.My unique blend of technical acumen and a finely tuned understanding of customer requirements enables me to design bespoke solutions precisely tailored to meet our clients' needs, empowering them to streamline their internal processes with the right data, quality, format, and solution.The success of our products can be ascribed to several pivotal factors, including the collaborative synergy of our high-performing and cohesive team, our agile methodology, and DevOps-oriented framework.
