Luisa Fernanda Bejarano was responsible for the management of one of the most important offices located at 15 # 93A-10 in a exclusive area of the city.As the Director in Charge North Bogota Satellite Office, she was responsible for an estimated 22 employees daily. She maintained and improved levels of customer satisfaction and compliance. She also contributed towards improving quality control of employee performance.

With the gallery director, she showcased works from well known masters as Manuel Guerrero Mora, Cesar Correa and other important artists. Specializing in wide formats, abstract art and contemporary paint she had successful performance in this gallery. Beside being one of the most enriching experiences of her life culturally, it also allowed her to develop her public relations, strategic marketing and sales skills.

Her work with this court, under the supervision of the honorable judge Fabian Vallejo, consisted of researching the appeal cases that come to court and write motions for possible sentences to be served to the magistrate as the basis for resolving the cases. This internship developed and honed her analytical and writing skills.
