I am looking for a full time position where I can develop my personal growth along with advancing my career.Ideally I would like to work in a team environment and have the opportunity to use my degree and past experience.My goal is to establish myself in a long term position where I can grow with the company.In my previous position as an event coordinator I gained experience in coordinating and supporting event planning and managing calendars. In my role as a customer service representative at US Bank, I quickly learned all microsoft and google software's. While in my role as family manager and private nanny I ran errands and anticipated the families needs. As a hotel receptionist, I booked travel arrangements and restaurant reservations. In all my previous roles I maintained a good demeaner and always focused on bettering the team.My passion to be an executive assistant stems from my desire to assist the right person. If there is an opportunity for me to learn, add value and grow as a person through assisting one of the best in the industry, it is a priority of mine to do everything I can do to get the position. I understand the best way to learn is to assist a leader who has greater experience. As an assistant my goal would be to absorb as much knowledge as possible and to be an asset now and into the future. I've been helping families as an assistant and child care provider for the last 18 months. These 18 months have taught the importance of prioritizing, juggling multiple tasks, time management, and coordinating child and parent activities. I've learned to anticipate my clients needs by knowing to plan for potential problems that may arise, by asking thorough questions, and taking notes.I'm relentless when I put my mind to something. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to finding the best and most efficient way to get a task done.In 3 years I see myself property managing and executive assisting.
