- Serve as a reference on personnel matters for leaders and employees.- Provide internal customer service to offer quick and appropriate responses to both simple and complex situations.- Monitor the climate of the teams: conduct annual climate surveys, analyze and communicate results, and implement relevant initiatives.- Identify contingencies and plan how to mitigate them.- Offer career planning and development advice, including sourcing e-learning platforms.- Identify opportunities for improvement in the organizational structure.- Execute and oversee the onboarding process: request necessary documentation, send kits, provide welcome and orientation, introduce culture and values, and track, provide feedback, and evaluate the process.- Execute and monitor the performance evaluation process: assess competencies and observable behaviors, communicate results, and develop strategies collaboratively.- Develop benefits plans: research and analyze employee needs and preferences, assess market competitiveness, negotiate with vendors, review financial viability, and effectively communicateoffered benefits.- Manage leaves, absenteeism, and rotation.- Provide support to various departments as needed.- Organize virtual and in-person events: anniversaries, birthdays, year-end parties.- Additional duties: manage social media, plan and create content, invoice clients.
