Co-founder of Cão Nosso, Lda., a petservices leading company operating since the end of 2016 in Lisbon. From the development of the business to the daily management, including all the legal support, I co-coordinate all the activities of the company.

Junior Associate (November 2013 – September 2015): member of the M&A team headed by Antonio Villacampa. As a member of this team, I had the opportunity to work on different financing and M&A operations, coordinating and performing legal due diligence procedures and negotiating and drafting contracts and other legal documents in the context of each transaction.During this period, I have also provided legal assistance to both Portuguese and foreign clients on several civil law and commercial law matters.Trainee Lawyer (January 2012 – October 2013): rotational internship through the Real Estate, Litigation, Public Law and Commercial Law departments. During my internship, I had the opportunity to work with different teams and across different matters involving, amongst others, property law in general, lease agreements, agreements for the use of shops, civil declaratory and executive proceedings, administrative offences, proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights, administrative litigation, public procurement, licensing of private security activities, incorporation of companies, acquisition operations (share deals & asset deals), commercial contracts and financing operations.
