PREMIUM is Maastricht University’s exclusive Honours programme for high-performing, motivated master’s students. After the selection has taken place, students are working in interdisciplinary teams.-Together with four other team members of different nationalities, we conducted research and developed a detailed business case for women in business including business policy, behaviour and financial aspects-Management of the social media websites of "Wequality" on Facebook and Wordpress, developing a affinity for social media and visual design (Instagram, Twitter, Wordpress and Facebook)-Design of infographicsAdditionally, I participated in various seminars on leadership, negotiation, time management, project management, storytelling and many more, The work for PREMIUM was in collaboration with the communication firm Maris et. al.

Sustainability consultancy for WML, the potable water company of South Limburg in Maastricht:-Assessment of a sustainable use of water abstraction sites-The extensive sustainability assessment included a Multi-Criteria Analysis (a stakeholder participation method), interviews, questionnaires and field visits-Development of policy recommendations and monitoring tools for WML's water abstraction sites

Volunteer in the project ICL-International Companionship for Learning:Grouped in teams between 2-3 persons (Taiwanese+other nationalities)-Teaching rural pupils (aged between 5 and 11) in Taiwan about customs around the world (e.g. how Christmas is celebrated in Germany, what are national dishes in Germany, USA, France etc.) via skype-Visiting the remote schools to meet the pupils in person and giving "live" classesDuring this volunteer work, I learned about Taiwanese customs and experienced Taiwanese hospitality. I improved my Chinese skills and teaching competencies.

After I graduated from high school, I volunteered in Panama in two local businesses:-Founding and building up an eco-farm with local and sustainable material-Support of local tourism and hotels
