Responsible for ensures long term profitable and sustainable growth of the Turin brand portfolio, channel development and brand experiences with the responsibility and accountability for building up and execute brand strategies and business activities that are designed to achieve specific business unit objectives such as: Awareness, premium positioning, Brand Health, NSV, share of market, financial shape, media effectiveness among others. Also, a business custodian with responsibility and accountability for building up and executing new cluster and strategic setup of Turin brand Experience and Core Brand Building at the retail Channel and Food Services.

Strategic role as a senior leader in the region, responsible for defining and communicating the long-term vision of the confectionery brands (M&M’s®, Snickers®, Skittles®, Orbit®) and deploying the regional strategy for pet brands (Pedigree®, Whiskas®, Sheba®, KiteKat®) in the Andean markets through efficient P&L management; design and implementation of pricing, portfolio, communication, creativity and budget investment strategies, BTL deployment and leading the Credibility System program with the veterinary community.

Responsible for implementing the communication, innovation and execution strategies in the Andean region for different chocolate brands such as m&m's®, Snickers®, MilkyWay®, Twix®. Ensuring brand budgets allocation and administration by market, as well as the relationship and management of the creative, media and product development agencies.

Strategic role as Andean region senior leader, Leadership team member. Responsible for establishing the unit's strategic objectives in the medium and long term, focused on the brands, sales team, supply chain and financial targets. Designing and executing the innovation pipeline, demand planning, sourcing, project management and business intelligence. Sales Manager of the specialized channel for 1 year.

Ensuring the sales forecast of each active SKU for the Pet and Chocolate segments in all markets, leading the integration between demand team needs (Trade, Marketing and Sales) with commercial goals. Through restructuring the S&OP process in articulation with the sales team of each region, it was possible to increase the Fcst Accuracy by +15 points.

Small and medium accounts of non-alcoholic beverages sales development, following-up the Portfolio Management, Production Manager guidelines and customer’s needs.We increased sales volume by 25%, developing new product packaging projects for brands such as California, Alpina, Agua Manantial and BBC.
